Massage Treatments

Relaxing Massage:

Take the stress out of your mind and muscles. Relax and rejuvenate with a full body massage accompanied by heat packs. Long flowing strokes, kneading, and stretching relieve stress and tension while releasing toxins from the body.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Chronic pain patterns such as shoulder, neck, and back pain often need a more specific attention. Deep tissue massage or therapeutic massage accompanied by heat to loosen the body focuses on muscle spasms, “knots,” and problem areas to bring relief from accumulated stress, tension, injury, or any pain.

Sports Massage:

Take care of your body and it will continue to power through your favorite activities. Sports Massage treats an injury, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. Whether you enjoy light hiking or are training for an intense athletic event, tight muscles can cause injury, and keep you from doing what you love. Our certified massage therapists generally concentrate on a specific problem area to keep you on your game.

Lymphatic / Immunity Boost Massage:

Your lymphatic system is your body’s immune system fighting off anything harmful your body comes into contact with. Lymphatic massage or Lymph Drainage Massage is a technique used to help increase lymph flow. Increased lymph flow removes harmful substances from the tissues, and increases immune function.

Lymphatic massage can be useful in cases of Edema, sports injury, for people experiencing a sluggish immune system, or those suffering from a lack of energy. We recommend Lymphatic massage to aid in removing toxins released during your weight loss and detox journey.

Neuromuscular Therapy & Massage:

Neuromuscular Therapy pinpoints trigger points (an area within the muscles that has a collection of toxins). Deep tissue therapy is used to find the trigger points. Once found, static pressure is used until the pain has subsided or has diminished. Neuromuscular may result in soreness post-treatment, but the benefits are long lasting.

CranioSacral Therapy & Massage:

Craniosacral Therapy helps relieve symptoms of migraines, chronic neck, back, hip pain, TMJ, post dental and oral surgery, brain and spinal cord injuries, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and helps hold chiropractic adjustments. With pressure the weight of a nickel, deep tissue releases are achieved through the spine and head to relieve restrictions of the central nervous system. The patient remains fully clothed.
